SALES TERMS

All items on the website are subject to prior sale. If a desired item displayed on the site has been sold, Schmitt Jewelers will do its best to provide a comparable item.

Due to varying digital conditions, some jewelry pieces may appear on the website smaller or larger than actual size. Item descriptions are subject to change, as is product pricing. Please contact Schmitt Jewelers directly for additional item specifications.

Purchased stock items which have not been worn or altered may be returned for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Schmitt Jewelers offers free FedEx two day shipping on all SchmittJewelers.com orders $50 and over, shipping within the Continental United States, not including P.O. boxes. All other orders will be shipped within three to four-day business days for a $15.00 shipping and handling fee. As always, your shipping includes complimentary gift wrapping!

Generally items ship within two business days. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure that items are shipped the day the order is placed, if placed on a business day. If an item is ordered after 3pm GMT (Phoenix, AZ is in the Mountain Time Zone), we will consider the order is received the next business day.  Here are some other shipping items to consider:

  • In some instances, order and payment processing may take up to 24 hours and may delay shipment. 
  • If an item is being altered (sizing, engraving, etc), then shipment may take additional time and we will advise.

FedEx logoBecause your items are valuable, Schmitt Jewelers ships with FedEx. FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries, so please provide shipping addresses where there is a signer.

Things to know about rings!

Rings ordered in non-stock sizes may require extra time. Non-stock items are non-refundable.

If you see a ring you love and it’s not able to be sized specifically for you, Schmitt Jewelers may be able to create a similar design for you.

 

RETURNS

Returns must be received by Schmitt Jewelers within 30 days of the original purchase date, in the original box, in brand new condition, and accompanied by the original receipt along with your name, address and phone number. We can send you a pre-printed mailing label upon request.

Schmitt Jewelers does not accept returns on visibly worn items, custom-made items or altered items. Please indicate if you would like to receive store credit, and Schmitt Jewelers will issue full, non-expiring credit to your account.

Due to the custom nature of many of Schmitt Jewelers’ products, we do not accept returns on items that have been sized, engraved or otherwise altered, either by us, or by a third party.

Schmitt Jewelers is not responsible for lost packages, therefore you should insure all shipments.

Returns may take up to two weeks to process, and approximately a month to appear on your credit card statement.
